1. Exclusively Digital Products
Spoken English Malayalam specializes in downloadable educational ebooks and digital PDF reference guides. We DO NOT sell, print, ship, or dispatch physical goods, printed paperbacks, or postal packages to street addresses.
2. Instant Delivery Timeline
Delivery is instantaneous and automatic upon payment confirmation through Razorpay. You receive access through two parallel methods:
- Immediate On-Screen Access: The moment your payment is verified, your browser is redirected automatically to the secure download portal with your customized download button.
- Automated Email Delivery: Within 1 to 2 minutes of purchase, an order receipt containing your direct, secure download link is sent to the email address entered during checkout.

If you completed payment but have not accessed your digital PDF:
- Check your email inbox, including the Promotions, Spam, or Junk folders for an email from
support@digikada.tech. - Ensure that the email address entered during checkout was spelled accurately.
- If you do not receive your email within 10 minutes, contact our support team with your Razorpay Payment ID at support@digikada.tech. We will manually verify your payment and provide you with an immediate download link within 24 hours.
5. File Format and Compatibility
All publications are delivered in standard, high-resolution Vector PDF format. Files are compatible with all modern operating systems including Android, iOS, iPadOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux without requiring proprietary reader software.
